Deployment service is performed by Cyberwise technical support specialists as part of the agreement and project management operated regarding to requirement of the customer before the sales time. In deployment process is basically the most stable version of the product and the commissioning with the least interruption. Latest versions with risk are not targets. After installation, configuration controls and the best practical solutions are applied so that the customer can get the most benefit from the product. Finally, the deployment process details are reported.

It covers the work related case and issue request come from phone, remote desktop tools or email flow on ticket systems that follow by our security teams. Determination of the problem as soon as possible and then the solution stages are applied. In order to minimize the interruption, solutions such as backup device positioning and temporary patching are applied, and work is carried out for a permanent solution in the background by eliminating the situation that hinders the work flow on the customer's side.

It covers the work related to keeping customer's security devices or products up-to-date and applying security patches on if they are published. Version updates are planned to be made to the desired version by negotation with the customer and the update plan is shared and the work is carried out by determining the time to be outage system or network.

General maintenance service is provided at the intervals specified in the contract for the products covered by the contract on the customer's side. During the periodical maintenance, the devices are checked and the problems are reported with the explanation according to the critical level. Actions to be taken are taken together with the customer. In this way, situations that may cause interruptions are prevented and business continuity is ensured with performance improvements.

We offer online or classroom preparation training for certification exams that are present by Check Point and have international validity.
